	Learning Outcome:
	a. Extracting main ideas and ideas
	b. Skimming and scanning for specific information and ideas
	Specific Objectives: By the end of the lesson, students should be able to;
	a. Identifying main ideas in a text
	b. Acquiring the meaning of words by referring to the dictionary.
	Activities:
	a. Reading silently and aloud
	b. Answering oral questions asked by the teacher.
	c. Listing down ways to save our rivers.
	d. Sharing experiences saving our rivers.
	Learning Strategy: Contextual Learning
	Reflection: Students respond well to the lesson. They were able to give correct answer
	to questions asked orally.
